After a month, my wife and I are quite pleased. This is a solid treadmill. The construction is well done and I completely understand how they are willing to warranty the product for 10 years. There are valid comments in other reviews, like taking a few seconds to speed up/ slow down, and fans are not high output. Those are minor in our opinion and the quality of the construction and solid feel make this a great deal in our minds.

Wonderful treadmill!! It took about an hour to assemble the machine. It folds neatly so that when not in use it doesn’t completely dominate the room. My husband, our teenage son, and I each use it on a daily basis. It is a sturdy, high quality machine. Getting the box into the house was a bit tricky since it was very heavy (300 lbs) and required a good amount of muscle power. We highly recommend this to anyone out there who is interested in a fine quality folding treadmill.
